About Us

We are Jack and Morna Cuthbert, our flock of registered Hebridean sheep was established in 2011. We keep both two horn and multi horn Hebridean sheep and have a particular affinity to rare Top Knots. Our flock prefix is "Ardoch" - We have a small farm situated on the edge of the Ochil Hills in rural Kinross-shire and rent other ground locally. Our initially small flock has rapidly grown to approximately 50 breeding ewes!. The sheep are primarily kept for producing further breeding stock both for ourselves and others, they also produce delicious meat and we also sell the wool.

We currently use some of the sheep for conservation grazing and we are working in conjunction with Forestry Commission Scotland in the restoration of a Lowland raised bog using Hebridean grazing  to prevent birch tree regeneration.

We really enjoy showing the sheep both locally and further a field.

As well as the sheep we keep and show a number of breeds of poultry and their eggs and supply eggs at the farmgate
